What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all standard catalog items within 14 days of receipt. Earrings must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the security seal intact due to hygiene standards. Bespoke custom designs are final sale.

To maintain the brilliant luster of sterling silver 925 and natural gemstones, gently wipe them with a soft microfiber cloth after each wear. Avoid exposing jewelry to swimming pool chlorine, perfume, hairsprays, or harsh household cleaning chemicals.

Do you offer custom backing options?
Yes. Standard backings are secure butterfly push-backs. However, screw-backs or luxury omega clips are available on request for specific models. Contact our artisan team to customize your order.
